IMPORTANT INFORMATION If your group is eligible for a free ticket(s), please enter FREE TICKET after the person’s First-Name. Free tickets are not eligible for miles. It will take a minimum of 10 business days to process documents after the airline tickets have been issued.

If your group is using more than one airline, more than one set of flights, or more than one set of dates, let us know by indicating in the comments section who is to be on what airline, what flight and on what set of dates.

Group together those passengers requesting to be seated next to each other, then skip a row. Seating requests are not guaranteed by the airlines or by Winter Ski & Sport. If you have captured frequent flyer information there is a column to enter the data.

Please note: Once tickets are issued, changing the spelling of a name can be expensive. Please ensure the spelling of the name submitted to Winter Ski and Sport matches the Federal ID that will be presented at the airport. If a middle initial or middle name appears on the government issued ID, please enter that information in the appropriate column.

 Frequent Flyer Info: We will attempt to have the frequent flyer number added to the flight record. With the change of requirements for listing full names for the TSA, it is possible that the ticketed name will not match the name as listed in the airline’s frequent flyer database. If we are successful, the frequent flyer number will show on the passenger receipt for flights on United and only United. For all airlines, a successful entry will show the number on the boarding pass issued at the airport. We strongly advise participants to have the appropriate number with them at the airport to enter or re-enter prior to the first flight in order to get credit for all the flight segments.
