Gorgeous, modern log home located in Tree Haus. With unobstructed views of Mt. Werner, this house boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths all with jetted tubs. With three levels, the main level has a professional kitchen with a 6-burner stove, Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator and large dining table; the living room, den and 3 of the bedrooms are on this level. The living room has a plasma lift TV and wood burning fireplace, the den has a library and pull out sofa. One bedroom has a queen bed and full bath; the second bedroom has a full bed and full bath. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over full and a full bath shared with the hallway. The top floor is the master suite with an office, private sitting area, deck entrance, gas fireplace and plasma lift TV. Downstairs is a 2nd living area with a pull out sofa and gas fireplace and TV; an additional full kitchen, and a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. There is room for 1 car in the garage and 2 more in the driveway. 4WD is recommended for winter.

The Summit View Haus is located in the prestigious Tree Haus neighborhooddirectly across the valley from the Steamboat ski area giving it dramaticviews of the mountains. The living room is grand with high ceilings and large windows providing views of the valley below. The master bedroom is roomy with a four poster bed and a private master bath with double showerhead and jetted tub. There are two bedrooms in the upstairs loft. One with two twin beds, the other with a single queen. Downstairs there is another master bedroom with it's own private bath. The house featured a separate, private apartment with two bedrooms, living area and kitchen. One of the bedrooms features bunkbeds for the kids. The large deck is great for taking in the views and the private hot tub is a perfect way to wind down from an active day.
