The Iron Horse offers a slope side location and a private ski bridge for ski-in/ski-out access via an intermediate ski run. The Iron Horse Resort also features a Swim-in/Swim-out swimming pool, 2 oversized outdoor hot tubs, workout facility, covered parking, on-site dining at the Tabernash Tavern (ski season only) and an on-site ski shop.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge ($$$+)

Just 110 feet from the Zephyr Express lift, this lodge with ski-in/ski-out access features a lobby with a stone fireplace and cozy sofas, a children's center, a fitness room, four outdoor hot tubs, and a complimentary shuttle around town. All condo-style rooms feature gas fireplaces, sofa beds, large louvered windows, fully equipped kitchens, outdoor decks with views, tile floors, and VCRs with video rentals. There is a $14 per night fee to park in the secure underground heated parking garage at this property. Free parking is available in the Vintage Hotel lot. Complimentary transportation back to the properties is available via the Village Cabriolet or the intra-Village shuttle. Complimentary after hours transport will also be provided, if needed, for guests utilizing free parking.

Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe is a just a short walk (approximately 200 yards) to the lifts at Winter Park Resort. The new Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe condominiums are located in the new pedestrian Village at Winter Park Resort, offering classic mountain architecture balanced with modern amenities and shops. Just steps away are access to an outdoor spa, fireplace and barbeque - and of course it's just a short walk to the village and lifts. The building also provides heated underground parking, and high-speed Internet. There is a $14 per night fee to park in the secure underground heated parking garage at this property. Free parking is available in the Vintage Hotel lot. Complimentary transportation back to the properties is available via the Village Cabriolet or the intra-Village shuttle. Eagle Ridge on the Summit Condos

The Eagle Ridge On The Summit condominium is located in a secluded area of Fraser, 3 miles from downtown Winter Park. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 4. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the living room from the pull out couch. The unit has a full kitchen with two burners and a grill for the stove. The unit has one TV, in the living room, with a VCR. In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to during the winter months. This unit is very simple, but as a convenience to the guest, there is a clothes washer and dryer in the unit located in the bathroom.
